康斯坦丁創作管弦樂、聲樂和室內樂作品，並製作供人聆聽、沉浸的電子音樂，他的別名tsimtsum則是用於舞蹈和俱樂部環境的電子音樂。
他在德國萊比錫長大，曾在羅斯托克、斯圖加特和海牙學習，從文藝復興、巴洛克和古典文學、加麥蘭和馬卡姆、擴展純律研究和混合音樂配器中汲取營養。他的導師是馬爾科-斯特羅帕（Marco Stroppa）和馬克-薩巴特（Marc Sabat）。他參加了Ircam Cursus課程，並獲得了Gaudeamus Price獎。
Konstantin writes orchestral, vocal, and chamber pieces and makes electronic music for listening, immersing, and per the alias tsimtsum, for dancing and the club context.
Growing up in Leipzig, Germany, and studying in Rostock, Stuttgart, and The Hague, he learned from Renaissance, baroque, and classical literature, gamelan and maqam, research in extended just intonation, and mixed music orchestration. His mentors were Marco Stroppa, and Marc Sabat. He did the Ircam Cursus and received the Gaudeamus Price.
關於本次駐留｜About Residency：
在重慶十方藝術中心的駐留期間，我想創作一張音樂專輯，將我的器樂作品中的和聲與我的化名 tsimtsum 做的專輯結合起來。這張專輯應該由分形和組合音調的作品組成，其基礎是一個新的靈感來自於馬卡姆（maqam）的音階系統，並映射到擴展正音的和聲領域。我想探索這些新音階所產生的和聲中所蘊含的色彩和情感，並將其與明亮、細膩的鋪底音色、深沉的科技舞曲、黑暗的未來車庫樂的音效設計、細緻的原聲樂器配樂以及重慶現場錄音製作的環境“拼貼畫”（法語中的一種藝術技法）相結合。
During my time at DAC Chongqing, I want to start to create an album of music that brings together the harmonies of my instrumental compositions with the electronic palette of my techno alias tsimtsum. The album should consist of fractal and combinatory tonal compositions, based on a new scale system inspired by maqam mapped into the realm of harmony in extended just intonation. I would like to explore the colors and emotions attached to the harmonic progressions springing from these new scales and orchestrate them with a combination of bright, delicate pad textures, sound design from deep techno and dark future garage and detailed acoustic instrument scoring, and ambient collages made from field recordings of the urban environments of Chongqing.
