伊藤乃愛通過描摹、複製和重複等簡單手法創作繪畫和雕塑作品。

Noe creates paintings and sculptures using simple methods such as tracing, copying and repeating.

關於本次駐留｜About Residency：

藝術家伊藤乃愛關注傳統繪畫與語言的讀解與再創作。從對文人畫的觀看、讀解、轉譯到描摹，這一過程中既有對原作者本意的揣測也有對藝術家自我念頭的讀解。作品通過簡單的形式使得歷史、現實、語言及自我都可以在創作中有所尋覓與表現。在這次短暫駐留的尾聲,藝術家想要邀請大家來進行一場開放的交流。

Artist Noe Ito focuses on the interpretation and recreation of traditional painting as well as language. From the observation, interpretation, translation, to the tracing of literati paintings, this process involves both conjecture about the original author’s intentions and understanding of artist’s own thoughts. History, reality, language, and the self can all be sought and expressed in such process. At the end of this brief residency, the artist would like to invite everyone to engage in an open exchange.
